Megan & Michael

Article text
Megan and Michael's wedding was great at Chapel Hill up near Bilpin on Saturday 24th October.

What a wonderful wedding !

The day was crisp and cool with plenty of light rain that lasted pretty much the entire day.

Michael & Megan had their ceremony in the quaint little chapel that's located within the grounds of Chapel Hill Retreat and it was beautiful.
There is a lovely big stained glass window in one end of the chapel to which the sun shone brightly through highlighting the beautiful workmanship and colours of a bygone era.

Once the ceremony finished, we had to move quickly in order to get some photographs outside the chapel because
of the drizzly weather.

From there we all moved along the track to the reception area, also located within the grounds.

The theme was black & white with the tables featuring beautifully decorated highlights to match Megan's dress which had exquisite black & white detailing on it.

We got some great shots during the reception and as Murphy's Law would have it, as the final few guests were ready to leave, the rain disappeared and the sun poked out between the clouds.

The men arrived in a beautifully restored "Willys" army style jeep which worked great. The guys had some fun in the jeep and we got some great shots of them in it.

This wedding was one of the best I've had the pleasure of attending. It was a beautiful wedding and I enjoyed it immensly.
