Grant Davenport moved at a relatively young age from Greystanes 
to Galston where growing up in bush surroundings made him really appreciate this great country and gave him a lot of his inspiration for shooting landscape images.
He would be the first to admit that his mild mannered way and conservative appearance gives no indications to the creativity and imagination he manages to incorporate into his photography.
Even though Grant had been shooting for years prior, he started his business in the Hawkesbury Valley area in 2005 shooting portraits. Since then Grant has diversified into other areas like commercial (advertising, press releases, images for wesbites, brochures and product shots) and also now specialises in weddings.
Grant's aim is to continue to deliver a high standard of photography to all his clients, while keeping a watchful eye on developments in his profession and changing with the times ahead.

Grant shoots every type of commercial photography, including annual reports, brochures, products, press releases, industrial, fashion, etc.
Portraiture
Breaking away from the typical cliche studio shots, family portraiture is usually shot in either the clients own home or better still, scenic locations or places that are sentimental to the client. This type of photography is very popular and makes the photographs, especially when of children, look a lot more relaxed and natural.
Weddings
Soon realising there was a lack of creative and alternative photographic styles available, Grant chose to meet the many varied needs and requests of couples who were after something different for their wedding. No two couples are the same so why should their wedding albums be the same ?
His wedding photography is comprehensive, romantic, stylish and most of all, modern. Grant's work is best described as classical, elegant and uninterrupted. He prefers to shoot candid style images capturing the moments that the happy couple may not themselves see on their special day.
